Fantastic spa facilities in a beautiful hotel

Throughly recommend a spa experience package, including lunch/early evening meal, for a special occasion, as not cheap.The spa is amazing, and I've found that all the massage therapists I've experienced provide excellent treatments.The meal after your spa experience is now served in the hotel restaurant. The food was excellent, and the experience continued the relaxed ambience of the day.

Most Luxurious Hotel Spa in Glasgow, most definitely a top 5 star experience . The Spa is kept to the Highest of standard and Ran by the most professional team of people, from the front desk and treatments to the spa restaurant staff, everyone is an absolute delight, they bend over backwards to make it a 5 star experience. The whole place is Clean, tidy, well maintained, and an overall beautiful uplifting and relaxing experience, so much so I returned the following week to Join as a member. Happy returning customer.

Oh, this place is absolutely amazing. The spa is incredible with so many different spaces with different health benefits. My favourites were the lemongrass steam room and the snow room!! There were two different sized, extremely hot saunas, a salt room and a tepidarium. There was a pool with string different jets and a dark pool at the end with a surprise!!! That dark pool needs a railing! Just incredible. Loved the whole experience. We had room service and breakfast both of which were delicious and the staff were so accommodating, helpful and friendly. All in all, it was an amazing experience. Can't wait to come back.Any chance of a family spa day?!!!

We have just returned today from the “thermal experience” for our anniversary. Firstly I would like to say it was a disappointed experience for the money spent. I didn’t expect the snow shower room to be so small with a heap of snow in the middle. The steam room itself had minimum steam and salt room was a bit of a joke. When leaving we returned to spa reception and we’re not asked about how our experience was which I except from a five star hotel.

This is the loveliest spa I have visited. So relaxing, I can't wait to return.
