Ken offers a brilliant service for IT users. He set up my computer system and hardware and over the years has updated it, and kept me aware of any changes - especially security-related - that are needed. All without costing me a fortune!He has just solved a login-problem that I unknowingly created - even collecting then returning my laptop during 'lockdown', taking all distancing and cleaning procedures required.He always answers my calls or gets back to me as soon as he can - often within minutes.He is 100% reliable, so patient when I have difficulty explaining what is going wrong, and inspires confidence.Thank you Ken
