A truly fantastic workshop - I learnt so much about Silver Clay and made 3 gorgeous heart shape charms for my grand daughter with a FERN impression - I used a a fern from Marianne's garden to make the impression of the fern for a very personalised gift. Marianne explained everything so well and it was a real joy to listen to her and work with her. The Studio is kitted out with everything that Marianne has made.I would highly recommend the Silver Clay course and I will be booking a different course very soon.

Had a fabulous day making three fine-silver pendants. Our instructor, Marianne, is very knowledgeable, and has a lovely, relaxed teaching style. I’d never made jewellery of any kind before, and didn’t expect to create anything of beauty, yet my finished items turned out well, and would not have looked out of place in any craft shop. Silver clay is an incredible material, and I was amazed how easy it is to work with. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending this course, which was both enjoyable and good value for money.

I attended the Beginners Silver Clay Workshop, and can't recommend it enough! If you have any interest in making silver jewellery, it was a fantastic day. I have no experience, and am not particularly artistic but was interested to try. Marianne showed and coached us through making and designing our own pieces, and I left with a necklace and pair of earrings I had made myself that I'm really proud of! Such a sense of achievement, I'll definitely be back for more.

Marianne couldn’t have been a better teacher for my introduction to silver clay work. She was friendly, down to earth and explained everything in such a patient way that made the day an absolute joy. I am now hooked!

I did a 2 session workshop at The Pound Arts Centre in Corsham to make a silver clay pendant. Marianne is really friendly and made the experience relaxed and fun. She also gave tips and encouragement for those who would like to give it a go at home. I love my pendant so would love to do more.

A friend and I booked a day with Marianne to teach us silver clay and sea glass jewellery making.We had an incredible day packed with lots of tips and ideas to be able to go away and start making some jewellery at home.Marianne clearly has a passion that she wants to impart to others.She makes her own beautiful jewellery too and is extremely talented.I would highly recommend a day with Marianne- it really is an opportunity to switch off from life and learn something new.

The workshop was a wonderful experience. Marianne is a patient and clear teacher, encouraging and inspiring. Learning new skills then designing and creating a beautiful piece of jewellery is a great achievement. Much more was accomplished than just the finished product. It was a very memorable time.

Thoroughly enjoyable morning. Marianne is very patient and talented. She is brilliant at sharing her knowledge and explains every step of the process. It’s lovely to come away with something that you have made yourself. I would definitely recommend this experience and I will certainly go back to have a go at something else, I fancy the glass next!
