Lookers Kia Chester

Tried to book my car in for a recall that would take 30 minutes. Was told it would take 2 hours and I couldn’t wait whilst it was done. My only option was to book a courtesy car which I had to pay for! Lookers are an absolute joke!! I have now booked my car into a garage which is 30 miles away. They will do it while I wait and said it’ll take 30 minutes. Lookers are liars!!!!!

Brilliant service at Lookers Kia Chester! Louis Delve was amazing, he took his time to explain everything, answered any questions I had. Test drive was easy to arrange and Louis was very helpful with arranging collection.Amazing experience and service, 100% would recommend!

Highly professional and personable sales person, Luke listened to my requirements and really wanted to ensure total satisfaction with the vehicle on handover. Had a great experience with Lookers Kia Chester. I don't normally write reviews but was impressed by their service. Arrived to look at a car I'd seen online Sunday afternoon at 3pm. Was seen straight away by Luke who was friendly not only to us, but was great with my 4 year old as well. Despite the store closing at 4pm we were allowed a test drive and left at 4:30pm with a deposit paid and day for collection. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication was great during the week and 5 days later we collected the car. They even offered to cover part of the cost for new tyres as the rear ones are slightly cracked. I couldn't be happier with our choice in both the car and Lookers Kia Chester

I don’t normally do reviews, but the staff at lookers Kia were brilliant. The salesman I spoke to - Louis - answered all of my questions about the switch to hybrid cars and gave me a very realistic idea of the finance options on the Sportage I ended up with!! Clean, tidy, and professional. 5/5 star.
