We’ve booked Primal Sound three times for work events. One was for our staff conference where over 100 of us were drumming, phenomenal.We’ve also booked Sarah twice for drumming wellbeing sessions for groups of approximately 15 people.Sarah really makes people feel at ease. In many instances, those involved haven’t played a musical instrument before but that doesn’t matter.Highly recommended.

Sarah and her team delivered a fantastic, inspirational session with 50+ high energy, very enthusiastic participants @KMF . She managed to control the tempo of the group, which resulted in a great end to the day. I look forward to working with Sarah again

I took part in an amazing teambuilding activity with Sarah yesterday along with 30+ colleagues from iTrain Legal and it was so much fun! She had a tough audience in the 'palm of her hand' and obeying all instructions with lots of humour and laughter. The end result was very satisfying and energising. We are a team of remote workers spread across the length & breadth of the country and the fun factor really brought us all together as a team. Evidence is in the happy faces on Linkedin! Thank you Sarah - it was a great day.

We booked Sarah for a team building fun session after a team meeting and we couldn’t have chosen better. Sarah was a wonderful leader; encouraging and supportive. We all had so much fun! I would do it all again tomorrow. I can’t recommend Sarah highly enough.

Having had a taster session of African drumming with Sarah a few years ago, I knew I needed this in my life! And I’m so glad I signed up. Sarah is a superb teacher. She makes us feel so welcome and included. From week one we made music, and it is the most amazing feeling. Looking round the class, everyone is smiling and having fun, whilst learning, but there are also times when the drumming is meditative and truly mindful. Bliss!!

Sound bath today was surreally beautiful (if that's a word). Sarah is so gifted. We were all put at our ease. She starts with a beautiful relaxation and visualisation exercise. She has a large range of wonderful instruments. No idea how she manages to play so many things.. It is a beautiful experience. I'm still tingling all over hours later.

It really is indescribable how good it feels to get a rhythm going with a group, the teaching is accessible and very beginner friendly. Truly cannot recommend enough!!

I've been coming to the Soundbath experience for about 4 years now. They are truly unique, special I can't explain why, but I am more relaxed, calmer for them. I certainly sleep a lot better for days after. Sarah is a special, wise, blessed lady. Xx

I attended Sarah's Soundbath on Sunday 19th November. For me it was bliss! I was the most relaxed I have been for months and had a brilliant night's sleep afterwards. I loved the combination of sound Sarah produced and whilst I would have loved to see what instruments were making the wonderful sounds I opted just to experience them. Her own singing voice was just perfect. She is a gifted musician. I attend her African drumming group in Moseley and have been very pleasantly surprised by how therapeutic it is. I would highly recommend any of her sessions.
