Professional, polite staff who all seem well trained and experienced. This place offers a range of services including courses and support along with having a lovely café in the main entrance way. Always kept in good condition and I always feel welcome

I absolutely love MYA. After being with Job Centre Plus for over a year and then coming to MYA, the differences are apparent straight away, as soon as you step in. The space is brighter, more welcoming and the work coaches are happier to help you. More posters and leaflets with youth and training opportunities (a VERY wide range, music, media, construction and more). As a young homeless person, MYA has helped me with apprenticeship work and provided me with means of getting to and from a job and overall care for young people's wellbeing. You're spoken to with respect and dignity unlike some work coaches at Job Centre Plus. 5 stars to MYA :) <3

Brillant customer service at the cafe with lovely food and good coffee, great services offered to young People with staff that genuinly care about their job and helping young People cant fault it

Great staff who really care about the young people they work with.I've had a lot of interaction with various youth organisations over the past few years, none of them compare to the amazing work that MYA does with its young people.
