Brentwood Hotel

Freindly staff and a great breakfast. Bedroom was smart but had no natural light unless you left the bathroom door open. Bathroom itself was freezing with single pane glazing and only a tiny towel rail providing heating, could also have done with a refit with pailing paint and dirty grouting.

Only been twice but very good service will call again

It more than met expectations, we have stayed many times and would never stay anywhere else, the staff are Amazing, very helpful and friendly and always accommodating, they make you feel very welcome. I can not thank them enough for supporting us through difficult times.

A great place for a get-together, wonderful food catering for everyone's needs. There is plenty of room to watch sports on TV in a designated area.

Never again, looked nice from outside but went down hill from then. Not hotel more family run B an B, receptionist was nice but another member of staff sat down in a dirty dress moaning how she didn't want to phone some numbers as doesn't like using the phone. I wasn't advised of all the breakfast options advertised. Decor is tired and dated lots of stairs definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues room was clean enough but bathroom smells horrible, couldnt always get hot water and one towel was dirty, bed was horribly to sleep on and early morning was woken by slamming doors downstairs. Breakfast wasn't great neither was being overlooked by smokers whilst your eating. Couldn't wait to leave and wont be back.

All the staff are very friendly. The rooms comfortableRestaurant is excellent, the food good quality and hot on serving.

Rooms where clean and simple enough for if you are planning a short trip ,also where very hot like we turned off the radiator and opened windows and was boiling,we run hot but if you are a cold person you will love it.Staff where friendly and helpful and made me feel super welcomeOnly reason I am giving 4 stars for service is my partner had plenty of options for food and was quite happy but for myself there was a lack of gluten free options availablePerhaps adding some gf options to the menus would have made such a difference and would have ate in instead of travelling further afield.

Superb place to eat food is always amazing staff are lovely and welcoming especially Christine prices are brilliant also.

Been for a meal today and the food was very nice and was quick to bring to our table.
