Vets4Pets - Sutton in Ashfield

Great experience. We take our Saffie there and one lady on reception is always so happy to see her and makes a fuss. We have a pet plan with them so our dog goes there for regular health checks, the vetinary nurses are all pretty knowledgeable and the couple of vets we have seen have been brilliant. Keep up the good work.

The receptionist was very friendly, professional and welcoming. The vet was absolutely lovely, made my puppy Annie feel very comfortable and happy. Explained things in detail to me. Also said we was welcome to come anytime to see the receptionist for a cuddle and treat to get my puppy used to coming to the vets. Overall cannot fault them. Absolutely amazing.

Our Labrador is registered here and we are always really impressed with the service provided by everyone.For a chain vets they still show a genuine interest in the health of your pet and are always happy to offer advice.

Absolutely lovely vet practice. My Ragdoll kitties have received excellent care from the vets here and I will genuinely never go to any other vet practice. They have had their spays, microchips and vaccinations here, and through all the visits everyone has been very polite, friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. ☺️(Moss and Peach say thank you!)

We at to have our beloved dog lucky put to sleep this afternoon they first said they couldn't see him till Thursday.When he was suffering and couldn't get up at all and was not eating he was 17 years old and we at to pay a extra 90 pounds for him to be seen today as he was dieing .we did receive good service when we got there. But he should have been seen today without paying a extra fee there seems no care any more just money making.

I rang this vet explaining my dog was limping and could not walk properly and that she has already had an operation on this leg before. ( she is registered at this vet and my partner was working away ) they told me an appointment time and I turned up with my dog and they point blank refused to see her! Because she was in my partners name and not mine I explained he was working away and wouldn’t be back for 5 days. They got the manager and she refused to see my dog even though she was in clear pain hopping on 3 legs! I was absolutely fuming and changed her vet as soon as I got home and she then got seen to straight away. Thought it was disgusting they could clearly see she was in pain never ever ever would I use this vet again shocking.

Always thoughtful staff and quick to help you and your pets needs. I've been with them since 2014. Service is brilliant as always.

Please do not go here if you value your pets as family. They leave you as pet parents with stress and anxiety. We were left nearly an hour waiting in the car park for our dog to be put down.We were waiting 45 minutes in 27 degree heat to be seen. Complained and guess what.... just a load of excuses. The vet we saw was sarcastic and arrogant and guess what no action taken against her, but we get punished....double standards. You claim you have been on mental health courses yet we were left with stress and anxiety due to our visit.....shocking place, please do not go here.
