First time ive been in this shop , took a anklet in for repair , which I was told couldn’t be repaired , absolutely lovely people , went over and above to help , and my anklet is fixed , will definitely be going again , highly recommend.Thank you so much .

I visited Tamworth Jewellers to get a watch link taken out and to get the watch cleaned. The jeweller was serving a gentleman when I walked in and I was blown away by how patient and compassionate she was with the customer. When it was my turn she was very helpful and offered to do the work straight away if I was happy to wait. She immediately spotted that the watch was not working and said she would check the battery before I incurred any other costs. Thankfully that's all it was. The price was very reasonable and the work was done to an excellent standard within half an hour. I was very happy, especially as a high street jeweller nearby was going to send the watch away to their workshop, and it would have taken 5 weeks! I will gladly use Tamworth Jewellers again. I'm very impressed.

Bought a ring for my Wife's 50th today, or at least thought we had until the girl came back from the till saying it was priced wrong so tough luck. WE HAD ALREADY PAID AT THIS POINT. The manage was plain rude and basically said tough luck. I told them we had already paid but they simply didn't care. Disgusting that any company thinks they can treat people like this. I would suggest anyone look at the review pages online before stepping foot in this shambles of an excuse for a shop, I wish we had. My wife was in tears.

Went in with a watch I broken, they couldn’t repair it which was understandable but didn’t ring me up to tell me I had to chase them up on the matter. Then when I went to retrieve the watch the bloke broke the box it come in whilst putting the watch away, in front of me to then tell me it’s because I’ve brought the item from a carboot which I didn’t appreciate. No apology, probably because that means they take responsibility. They said send it back without the box instead like that’s possible.Terrible service never use againAVOID

The worst shop I have ever seen. After buying the goods in the store you can not return it even if it is broken. They only offer a voucher that you can use in their store only.
