Highlocks Dental Practice

Dentist Cyrus has changed my view point on going to the dentist forever. I was terrified before I started to come here. The treatment I received was so excellent that I’m never switching dental practices again. Cyrus is so amazing I consider him my knight in shining scrubs with how he has saved my teeth.

Here is a group of people delivering a service to the community with great care and attention. They really look after the patients and are professional, polite and determined to help wherever possible. A really amazing team!

Great dental practice. Recently had a problem and they fitted me in on the same day and as usual very friendly and everything explained, both dentist and reception staff are great. Having been coming here for years and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

We have booked an appointment just now just for a filling. Before anything they take your card number and charge £110 as first appointment" just for a examination. After that visit you have to pay another appointment for the filling. An "examination" is mandatory before any kind of action

Pleasent experience, factual and did not feel rushed which was great as I can be quite anxious!

Before the current pandemic, the experience of being a patient here was one reflecting both a high level of care and expertise on the medical side, and great efficiency and a real effort made by reception staff to work around patients' personal circumstances on the admin side. The very low staff turnover here is telling and enables secure, trusting relationships to be built between staff and patients.Despite all the additional measures needed to be in place at the moment and the increased pressure on staff to apply these, there is no change whatsoever in their usual high standards.I was a patient at my last practice for over 30 years. I should have transferred here much sooner..
