Staff very kind and helpful. Wheelchair accessible but space tight - bear this in mind when going round the china shop section! Sewing and knitting items very limited. Mainly cottons, and little sewing notions on racks in plastic packets. Have knitting needles and sewing machine needles. Extensive range of household linen , rugs, soft furnishing and curtaining. Loads of kitchen equipment. Toilets and tea shop. Enjoyable visit.

Just went to choose new curtains for all of the downstairs of my house. One particular pair they did not have on display so took it out the case to have a decent look at pattern (full intention of putting it back). Extremely rude member of staff came up to me and took it off me and told me I shouldn’t have done that. . Tried to explain I was making a large purchase and just wanted to check pattern. Continued to be rude to me, moaning she now had to fold them up. I Asked if i could help and said no and walked off with curtains. Terrible customer service, made me feel very uncomfortable. spent over £200. This lady should be kept off the shop floor. 1.55pm today

Would not refund an item as the plastic seal was broken but the box was in perfect condition. Wasn't made aware of this when making the purchase in store. Suggest you out signs up to make all customers aware of your returns policies before you lose any further customers

Great place . The aisles are a bit narrow, but they have a good range of bedding, soft furnishings, kitchen things . They have a cafe but didn't go in it on this occasion. Clean store. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Always well stocked, easy and clear layout, friendly and helpful staff. Good variety of items - prefer to visit later on in the evening to have a proper look around. Ample parking later in the evening too.

Dunelm Mill's vary depending on the location, Boston has a particularly good set up, we have bought a considerable amount of good quality Duvet Sets, Curtains, Throws, Lights and Cushions for our Cottage in the New Forest. Very good value for money that looks the part.

Good shop, products are quality and reasonably priced. Has a nice relaxing feel to it when walking about. There is a lift to get upstairs, where you'll find a cafe and customer toilet, which is nice.Staff are generally nice, although several times we've been followed around the store, despite the fact we always spend 100s every visit. Its horribly uncomfortable and really puts you off.

It's a great shop for household things. Not a shop I favour though. Somehow the women in my life love it and are drawn to it. Don't see myself as a sexist but you probably do. There's not enough 'man stuff' to keep me interested. That's why for me it only gets 4 stars.
