Excellent service... would thoroughly recommend this company

Paid for an enhanced deep clean of the flat I was moving out of, to leave it cleaned to a professional standard, to safeguard my tenants deposit, and thanks to their inability to carry out the service I paid for, it proved to be a colossal pain in the behind. The first attempt wasn't up to scratch, shower unit wasn't cleaned, drains were still unclean, toilet hadn't been cleaned, wooden floors hadn't even been hoovered properly, window sills untouched, counter tops left greasy (despite not being dirty when I left) and the single oven clean wasn't up to scratch. Raised this with the director of the company, who apologised and rearranged for the SAME cleaner to revisit and carry out a full re-clean the following week - they returned the keys to me an hour after collecting them. In the end, I had to go and finish the clean myself, I requested a refund and was flatly refused, instead offered to re-clean again but it had already been re-rented, reported to trading standards.

Highly recommend this company. They were punctual, polite and did a thorough job. Great value for money. We asked them to clean our new home prior to us moving in which they did to a very high standard.
