Bought a wedding ring from here a couple of months ago and the whole process was so easy and stress-free. Especially with an important purchase like this, it was crucial to me that the experience was as thorough (and exciting!) as possible. Jane was absolutely incredible in ticking all of these boxes for me - I felt like I was in control of the decisions being made, yet Jane was there to support them with the knowledge and information that I needed. First-class shop with a lovely member of staff.

We recently purchased our wedding bands from Bradleys. We were expertly looked after by Mark, who helped narrow down our choices, in a friendly manner. Rings arrived around 2 weeks earlier than expected, and look great. Would happily use them again.

Honestly, I couldn't recommend the fantastic team at Bradley's more - expert watch advice, delivered in a super friendly and relaxed way. Absolutely delighted with my new Longines. No doubt, I'll be back again soon! Thanks again

Visit this Jeweller every time I'm in Harrogate. Lovely shop and beautiful display.Bought a few pieces of jewellery from them over the years which I've always been pleased with and have been complemented on. Mrs Bradley and her family and staff are all lovely and very helpful whatever you are buying. Can't wait for my next visit.

Explained I was browsing for an engagement ring and it was the first shop I had looked at therefore just getting an idea of what style I would like. I was invited to sit down and try some on, at which point the staff member was more than happy to help. After researching online beforehand about colour/clarity/cut/carat I did find the rings to be very expensive compared with competitors. The member of staff was well aware I was simply browsing. I mentioned I may consider sourcing a diamond myself at which point the member of staff switched her attitude completely, was quite patronising and told me they were very busy with appointments and had no more time to browse. The shop was empty… Now I didn’t have any intention of buying at that moment in time however she was well aware of this when I was invited to sit down therefore I found basically been told to get out very rude.

I got married in July and after shopping around for my wedding ring and not finding anything, I visited the Harrogate Store by recommendation. Claire was extremely helpful and patient whilst I made my decision, trying on lots of different styles. Of all of the shops I had visited, this one had the greatest range and although I did not find one that fit alongside my engagement ring, their range inspired me to design my own! This decision was supported well by Claire and I was kept informed of the progress throughout with pictures and update texts. The completion was a quick turnaround and my ring is special and bespoke. From start to finish Claire was friendly, approachable, professional and kind. She offered very high quality service and my numerous visits to the store were never too many! I will definitely consider buying sentimental jewelry from Bradleys in the future. Thank you Claire! :-)

I never leave reviews but I had a fantastic experience and thought it would share.Called in with my partner one Saturday morning without an appointment and we were seen to promptly. Jane was excellent showing us our options and offering good advice.We agreed on both rings with my partners needing to be made to suit her engagement ring. We were given a price, paid and two weeks later the rings were ready.Great communication, fantastic product and the staff couldn't have done more.I wish the reviews could be verified as I highly doubt some of the silly reviews on here are genuine experiences.Keep up the good work guys and you've definitely got a returning customer.Simon

What can I say. I purchased a watch from Bradley's in Harrogate in December last year. After only a few weeks a part on the face fell off. I took it back and they sent it off to be repaired then posted it back to me at their expense. Not long after, the same thing happened with another part. I phoned and explained the situation and was asked to bring it back at my convenience. (I live quite a way from Harrogate). When I did, they offered to replace it like for like. With my experience of this watch I was less than keen to do so and asked for my money back. Peter said that was possible but then offered me an exchange for any item in store up to twice the value of the watch I purchased. I am now the proud owner of a lovely piece of swiss engineering!Thank you Peter and team for your professionalism and great service.I couldn't have asked for better and will be back again.
