I had a number of software issues with my MacBook Air.Nothing was too much trouble - I’m no IT guru and had forgotten crucial passwords which added to the problem. A solution was found for this issue as well as getting my laptop and email programmes back up and running quickly and efficiently.Having the option of going in store, remote access or a home visit is ideal and reasonably priced.Highly recommend!

Finally, I’ve found someone who is an Apple expert and provides brilliant service. I’ve taken two of my Macs (a MacBook and a Mini) in to The Mac People with software issues that I couldn’t resolve and Hassan, the proprietor, managed to get both of them working fine. He also gave me some guidance on how to fix somethings myself. Highly recommended!

I’ve been using Apple computers for 30 years. This is definitely the best Mac repair / upgrade company I’ve used in that time. Definitely know their stuff. They have given my iMac another 5 years of life and it now faster than some of the newer models. Honest and upfront about everything too which I applaud when it comes to repairs and servicing. Highly recommended.
