Fantastic. Really nice bloke. Repaired 2 sewing machines for me within 24 hours. Obviously loves what he does. Was excited to work on my old singer and even looked up manufacturing date . i don't ofter leave reviews but he deserved it.

An excellent and very prompt service. From the first contact phonecall through to completion the service and care was first class. The knowledge and expertise is second to none.Mat Derrick gave excellent explanations and advice. Not only did Mat do a fantastic job he went further out of his way to find out the history of my sewing machine.I would highly recommend this company for any sewing machine repairs, advice and sourcing of new machines.

Can't thank Matt enough for sorting out my foot pedal...a small job for him but so necessary for my work. He is so professional and courteous and from the moment I first spoke to him he has been kind in arranging for the work to be completed. His knowledge is endless and priceless. I have used Matt's company to restore and repair an extremely old, family, traditional Singer sewing machine. What a delightful man and professional person. He was so interested in the machine and its place in our family story, provided lots of information as well as an excellent service. i've had cause to call for some advice and he could not have been more patient or helpful. What a great guy!

Matt serviced and repaired a vintage singer I had recently inherited from my late grandmother. From start to finish he was informative and professional. He went the extra mile and even gave me info on the make and model and when the machine was made. Really great and personal service, very understanding of the circumstances I acquired the machine too. Highly recommended. I would have left a review sooner but I haven’t stopped making curtains since getting the machine back. Thank you so much

Mat offered me some support over the phone when my machine was down. He was very quick to answer me and gave me the advice and help I needed. We must off spent over a hour on the over a good few calls and he was very happy to help. I can’t recommend this chap enough. Top guy. Thanks Mat.
