I sorry that I don't have good things to say. I booked my Vauxhall for MOT .I told them exactly what the model was .When I arrived, they said itight be too heavy .So after wasting my time, they offered me an MOT at another testing station in 2 weeks time .Completely inept, had to drive the van out of the workshopmyself, no apology ,they just ignored me.Terrible service ,I have no idea how they maintain 5 starsAPPALLING

A pleasure to deal with Ian and his colleagues; all the 5 star reviews thoroughly deserved.On holiday with the family and passing through Newport when my C63 (W205) threw an engine management light for a coil pack. Ian found the time to diagnose the car the same day then made multiple calls to track down a genuine MB part and got it fitted in a timeframe that allowed me to drive home to Hertfordshire. Ian kept me updated throughout and was a model of courteous customer service. Thank you Ian and colleagues!

We took my wife’s car there for a service instead of main dealer and MOT at the same time and I have to say an absolute pleasure to deal with this garage , car came back and felt like it had a service . He advised us the battery needed changing but no rush but we decided to get it done anyway.Great to deal with , pleasant, helpful wouldn’t go anywhere else.Thank you Karen and Jason (Mercedes )
