Luis and Josie have been amazing in helping us draw up plans to make minor alterations to our loft room. We were looking for a creative and practically minded architects practice and knew from the first meeting that Luis understood what we wanted to achieve with our loft conversion and changes to our landing area. Communication was straight forward and prompt and we knew at every stage what Luis and his team were going to produce, when we needed to feed comments back to them, to re-review the plans etc. The team took care of the planning application and it went through no problem. Used EG Architecture for a ground floor extension and full house redevelopment. The advice I received from the start was detailed but in a user friendly format (I do not speak building language). Design ideas were suggested from the outset, useful for someone like me who is not a creative person. Luis handled the process from start to finish and checked in regularly on progress, answering any queries that I had. When I was on holiday, Luis even checked in physically at the property to ensure that all was going to plan. A pleasure to deal with and would certainly recommend to anybody looking for a good value architectural service in Essex and the South East.
