Nice modern building situated in alum rock. Staff were friendly. Wait times can very depending when you go to the walk in centre likewise the treatment can also very. I saw Steave and he was excellent! Very helpful ,kind and overall a top guy (thanks)It's wheel chair friendly and they have a on-site car park.

For anyone wanting to get fit or keep active on a budget with great customer service then this is the place for you but only if you live locally. The staff are friendly and helpful. It does need updating but is very clean including the toilets!

Love this gym. Got lots of treadmill and other equipment to use. So much you can do. Staff are great. Just love it here. Would recommend this to anyone.

My go to centre for badmintonThe gym is average does not have free weightsThe facility is cleanWould be nicer to have longer badminton sessionsThe staff are hit and miss you get some extremely friendly and helpful ones like john bakil and jack then you get some who don't really respect youThe services post covid has gone downhill and would like to see the same as pre covidThank you for your services
