Great shop. Great staff. Good pricing too. Terrific service each time I've been. No hard sell, no being made to feel uncomfortable if I spend a while looking. Just a decent, relaxed atmosphere. Shame Geoff has gone (the pup), he was a little legend. But I understand that's because of a previous reviewer. That entitled, whining person should change her name to Karen. Especially considering the out and out lie about dogs running around". Simply not true. Justice for Geoff!!"

Just visited Hirst and Alan Jewellers as my wife's rings needed to be cut off. The lady that saw us was fantastic. We will definitely be returning to have the rings repaired.

Called into the other jewellers in Cleckheaton and asked if he would measure my 13 year old daughters finger as a friend was buying her a ring for her birthday and needed her size. He wouldn't do it said we had to choose a ring from his shop first!! Ridiculous. Meanwhile we called to Hirst and Allen told the lady our dilemma and she was more than willing to help. Such a lovely lady and very chatty too. I also gave her an antique ring to fix of which has peridots missing and the rose gold needs cleaning. Shame on the other jewellers, lost a customer with his ignorance

I bought my wife's engagement ring from Hirst & Alan. They had a great selection with lots to choose from. The staff were very helpful with advice and helped me choose the perfect ring. The aftercare was great as well; they resized the ring twice and couldn't have been more helpful.
