It was pointed out to me in an exercise class that I was permanently hunching my shoulders and I realised that I could not actually relax them enough to un-hunch them. I went to see Lindsey, who allowed plenty of time for me to explain the problem and for her to work out the best treatment. After every session with her my shoulders relaxed a little more and now I have so much more movement in them. I exercise at the gym a lot, but my training was often hindered by neck pain. This really prevented me from progressing the way I wanted to so I thought I needed to get help, and heard that clinical massage was excellent for curing sports injuries. I reached out to Lindsey and she quickly got back to me and we arranged a clinical massage. After 6 weeks of weekly massages my neck felt completely different as to how it was before. I could go to the gym with minimal or no neck pain and achieve my goals. Even better, Lindsey gave me some stretches and other protocols I could use to continue my efforts in curing my neck pain beyond the massages and in the future.
