Peverell Park Surgery
I still believe this is one of the few good surgeries I have visited in the UK. The doctors are professional, they tend to call patients back and you can get seen on time no matter how busy as long as it’s been scheduled. So far it’s been good.

Prefer to deal with patients via text, iys impersonal and not fitting, doctors do not read notes before calling you and the follow ups are rare if atall. Disappointed and will be changing doctors, very unhelpful

You couldn’t ask for a better practice. After being with them for a year (as a family of 4) they have been fantastic in every aspect of care.They answer the phone! They respond quickly! I have found all the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. The service they give is outstanding. Often if I require help, a Doctor will get back to me within a couple of hours and if the Doctor is concerned, they will see me the same day. They never try and fob you off and always show genuine concern for my well being.The reception staff are also marvellous, genuinely trying to help you. In addition the nurses are exceptional.In summary, a very professionally run surgery to the highest standards with staff genuinely wanting to help you.

Awful service, as a uni student I just wanted to come here to get my blood monitoring done but had to chase them so much about getting anything done. The nurse I saw was lovely but the service and efficiency was awful. My practice at home is so much better and more helpful. I was at the university medical centre and it is NEVER OPEN. How is this helpful when the actual surgery is so far away from the city centre? Need to fix the university medical centres hours
