I contacted Jamie from Amesbury, Wiltshire to see if he could help my Sister-in-law in Tiverton, resolve her failed TV problem. (Couldn’t do anything myself due to Lockdown)After contact with my Father in law Jamie helped by providing a temporary TV until one could be bought. Jamie found a TV in Exeter this morning when he was helping another customer and promptly installed the TV this afternoon.From initial contact on Saturday to today Jamie has gone above and beyond which a large company could not achieve.
