Fast and efficient service. I phoned David to install a new aerial and in my home, he scheduled and appointment same week and turned up on time and had it up and running very quickly with no mess. Would definitely recommend.

I had signal issues to my Freesat and rang David this morning 03/07/2023. David said he would be with me today. True to his word, David was with me in a couple of hours. David went above and beyond to identify and rectify the problem and gave advice that would further help our signal as in, an errand tree interfering with the signal. I can't recommend Visual Solutions enough. David is comfortable to talk to and is very informative. For a first class service, Visual Solutions is where to go for your needs. I just phoned David this morning 6/9/23about a new aerial for our freeview, he was with us early afternoon, when we met him we knew he was a professional and he knows what he's talking about, we felt very confident with him.Our job was done cleanly and neatly.The price was much much cheaper than I thought, and the advice he gave us was great.Guaranteed for 1year.We would very highly recommend this company.

First class service. Very approachable, listens to your needs and delivers with expertise. Came today to fix issues with TV signal but also provided advise and followup for data networking for the next visit. Couldn't recommend any higher.
