Rushed Service, Ruined PedicureMy wife's experience at this shop was disappointing. They rushed her pedicure, causing it to smudge and she had to remove it herself. This left her unprepared for our evening event. Poor service, would not recommend.UnreliableRating: 1/5 stars.How do they have so many 5 star reviews while the review section is full of negative reviews over the last few months

The work was good. I did a pedicure but because they booked me at 6h30pm the hospitality's was a bit subpar. The person didn't speak English and that made communication harder. I asked if I could get a shellac on top and they said they couldn't (the receptionist as interpreter) which I understood but they gone to continue to talk and comment on the request with no translation. I'm not gonna lie, it didn't feel nice. They are asseptic, they have a good technique but didn't feel welcomed or well while there. I work in the hospital very close by so they lost a very potential client!

I love my nails. Master (Sofiia) did a great job, you can see that she is having a lot of experience. Also, she did it very fast. The salon has great service, delicious tea and nice interior. Very recommend!

Absolutely loved the services provided (manicure & pedicure) , the ambiance and the people working at the salon!Honestly the best and most hygienic (for me personally it’s extremely important) nail experience in London. Highly recommend it!
