Preece Pools

I had a serious issue with my pool over the winter. I found Preece Pools online, and based on their positive reviews I got in touch over the Christmas period. Steve supported me from the offset, and the issues were identified and resolved rapidly. The service and communication I have received throughout has been second to none. I can't recommend Preece Pools highly enough, and I definitely won't be using anyone else in the future.

Great service from the start and ongoing expert support with weekly maintenance visits. The Hot Tub is fantastic, relaxing and has done wonders for lower back problems, another unexpected benefit is that we sleep really well after a session in the tub, we have moved evenings outdoors with the tub and home cinema, highly recommended.

Had a problem with my hot tub couldn't get it to work, someone recommend Preece Pools. Steve came out and found the problem and fixed it promptly. Very professional, turned up when he said he would, price reasonable, would certainly use him again if i had to and highly recommend him.

LOOK NO FURTHER !, these Guys are terrific. My pool was a disaster..l had been ripped off by another company ,so l was apprehensive to say the least. Steve and James arrived together..they were great , they talked me through my options, l immediately knew l trusted them ,and they were my people! The transformation of the pool was amazing l cannot recommend them highly enough . They were a breath of fresh air , in what can sometimes be a a difficult world, (when you find yourself alone following the loss of a partner ) It’s a great feeling recommending this company ,they deserve praise ,and l know they will do a brilliant job for you !

Steve transformed our green and unpleasant pool into a wonderful place that we use every day! He has fixed / replaced filters , pumps and heaters all within budget and all on time! Highly recommend his company for their friendly and professional approach.

Having turned to this company for a general repair to get the swimming pool going, we decided due to their help and expertise to engage them to do a rejuvenation of our pool and bring it up to a standard that we could be proud of.Steve and his staff did not disappoint.
