I have been a client of Total Health Now for 7 years and have benefitted from a range of services they offer.I have a much cleaner, healthier & informed diet and lifestyle from following their guidance. I have achieved my target weight loss goals of 1/2 st or 1 st for each detox undertaken. Not only do I always feel great from slimming, I feel cleaner & healthier. I highly recommend the REJUVADETOX programme, I even stopped smoking when on my last Rejuvadetox programme, which really is a life changing achievement . I have also recently undertaken the HEAVY METAL DETOX & ALLERGY and INTOLERANCE TESTS. These have shaped lifelong healthy eating habits by addressing root causes and identifying problem foods that I have been eating, and would have otherwise continued to eat.Kostas and Lana are wonderful, and I am very grateful for all the support and guidance over the years.
