First time ordering from this branch and I've got to say that Rupali really went above and beyond to cater for my request. I'd originally wanted a vegan cake for a birthday at work, but because the vegan cream didn't hold up too well structure wise, she offered to make a second cake for us. This cake was for a work Christmas do and it was so decadent and delicious. Went down really well with the entire team. Thank you very much Rupali, you've been so professional throughout and maintained excellent communication. Looking forward to ordering many more cakes from yourselves!

Got a cake from this shop after buying one a month earlier that cake was fresh and delicious there were no problems whatsoever however, today I went to pick up a cake for my brothers birthday I found a hair , a god damn hair! Are you actually serious that is so unbelievably unhygienic I’m extremely disappointed as I expected more from you that hair was so long and I can assure you it was not a pleasant site at all ,the icing on the cake started melting as soon as we got home bear in mind it was not hot at all it was usual UK weather. The cake did not taste fresh. if it wasn’t due to the shortage of time I would have bought it right back and made a complaint in person this deserves 0 stars never mind 1.

Been purchasing cakes from here for the last 6 year's and the cakes are sublime fresh light and taste great wonderfully decorated with extra touch of personalisation that enhances the creativeness of cake design all my guest comment on how tasty cakes are and we'll decorated. l greatly recommend you try it too you will not be disappointed with Rupali great customer experience.

I have Ordered cake for anniversary, worth £59.00, sponge was so dry as if it was on hold for weeks and cream was greasy. It’s summer and sponge is rock hard. Called shop Regards to complain about awful cake and ruining our occasion. Was advised to to fill complaint over email to head office, that protocol to follow. Then we will investigate and decide . My point is without tasting and having looked at cake , how can you carry out investigations. If cake was made my aston branch , they are blamed for using hard and dry sponge.But manager was telling same thing again and again, and saying we got cctv got date on cake. Then how come sponge is hard? May be sponge used in cake, self life was likely to go away. Thanks for ruining my occasions and mood . Cake-shop’s cake, was like dog’s cake, What a waste of time and money -£59.00 . Never recommend them to anyone or not use them again.

I just bought cake at 6 o’clock I asked lady who was serving in the shop is this fresh? but very disappointed cake was very dry means wasn’t fresh at all I took one bite and spit it out does fresh sponge cake looks like??
