Gosford House
Worth visiting to see the Marble Hall and to walk the beautiful grounds. The house tour lasts 90min and is mainly in the late Victorian extension; the original Robert Adam part is only a minor part of the tour.

Had a great experience on the Wonderous Woods event, really well organised, beautiful installations. Just the right length of experience. Facilities good. Would love to come back to the house in the daytime.

The house is really beautiful. It was worth visiting. Extremely impressive marble Hall and rest of the house.Unfortunately you are not allowed to take pictures inside. What a shame as many things is very nice and beautiful and it would be quite good thing to admire them in own peace at home.

Had a great tour around the inside of the house. Tamara our guide was fantastic. Done lots of walks around the grounds in the past , but the tour was a real surprise. Definitely recommend the 90 min tour

An amazing visit to Gosforth estate sadly the house was still closed to visitors due to covid19 but we enjoyed our 2 hrs walk through the estate highly recommended as bicycles are not allowed. Nice one.....

Gosford House
Gosford House is not always open to the public. They open their doors just a few days/weeks of the year. We were lucky enough to get tickets for a grand tour and it was amazing. We had a fantastic guide for the tour. The gardens are beautiful and as a PGA Pro I could see how you could fit a few holes in here and there.Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning stately home in East Lothian. We came across it by chance, having noticed a sign as we drove past for an open day. We were lucky enough to be able to go on a house tour and the guide was extremely knowledgeable and approachable, encouraging us to ask questions. The interior of the house is breathtaking, especially the marble hall. It houses an extensive collection of art. It's reasonably priced to visit. Highly recommend.

Came here for the Fawkes festival. Pure frustration from the moment we approached to the moment we finally managed to exit. Queued for 45mins to enter the fields, fireworks were delayed by 45mins and it took us more than an hour to leave the grounds. The fireworks only lasted 30mins so definitely not worth it which is a shame. Need to improve your organisation when having big events like this. It was a joke! Definitely not worth the money spent and very disappointing experience #GCLiveLdt
