I needed a 10mm router cutter for intumescent strip. I gave Elliott's a call as they have a reasonable level of cutters in stock. A member of staff checked and confirmed that they had two variants of what I required! I arrived at my local branch headed to the tool section where the cutter was already for me to collect.Great service! An added bonus for us tool guys, they have probably the largest tool shop locally! Check it out!

Fareham 10 out of 10 ,Bishops Waltham 2 out of 10.The guy at the counter in Fareham has been at the job for 40 years and was a top employee,nothing to much trouble unlike BW who couldn't be bothered to look at what I wanted and suggested I try Chandlersford.

Very helpful young man came down from the power tool section and jumped on the till as there was a small cue and got me on my way back to complete my job. Thanks for your observation was much needed

The yard staff are not very bright i waited 2 hours while they let other vehicles in front of me. I will never use theses guys again

Brought fence panels which are absolutely rubbish . Though they state they are 6ft by 6ft they do not fit well and seem a fraction short . Also gaps between some of the panels and very thin . I guess it was our fault it really seems as though you get what you pay for and by going cheap is not always the best plan .

Went to try and get a part for my toilet, one member of staff was unsure,so passed me on to another guy. the guy was brilliant (sorry, forgot his name) identified the bit I needed, but they don't stock it.he then went and got me the phone of the manufacturer, what a guy
