CampManager helped us get our new site up and running and taking bookings really quickly. They're easy to contact and were always happy to help and explain stuff while we got used to working with the system. Thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent system for managing all our touring bookings and also for recording all the caravan holiday home details. Very easy to use and packed with great features to make moving, changing and adding bookings simple. Customers also find booking online very easy to do and we get a lot of repeat business online. Having the email confirmation and reminders are very useful and a great way of communicating to our customers.

Camp Manager has worked wonders for us here at Dolbryn Caravan & Campsite!When we decided to upgrade our ancient booking system, it took us ages to finally settle on Camp Manager, but I'm really glad we did. It offers us a brilliant booking and management system, and the online bookings are a revelation - saving us loads of time, effort and money. Of course, there are a few things that would be handy to have (I don't think any system offers EVERYTHING a business could need straight away) like integration with PitchUp for example, but we've been told that Camp Manager are working on this, so we're more than happy with that.What sets Camp Manager apart is the brilliant service we've had from the start. Gemma, Kenny and the team have kept us updated and involved the whole way through the set up process and are always on hand with a smile for any queries we've got (no matter how small or large!). We're still learning a lot about the system but we're confident we've got to grips with most aspects of it, thanks to the help and guidance we've had.This system has really streamlined our bookings and office management, so we're thrilled with it and would highly recommend it. I absolutely love using campmanager for my caravan and campsite business, we also have two holiday lets. The system itself is so easy to use once you are used to it and it looks great, too. It has loads of functionality and integrates with most platforms. The bit the customer sees is also fab and very easy for them to use. The team are easy to reach and always happy to help or explain things. Overall we love it.

We use CampManager for our business Aden Caravan and Camping. First year using them and the time it has saved in the office and onsite is staggering. We are a brand new caravan park (opened 1st June 2015) and after testing out a few other management & booking packages we chose CampManager. The staff have been brilliant getting us up and running and dealing with our constant string of questions and amendments. We have been using Campmanager now for the past couple of years at our Holiday Park in Chipping Norton. It was the best decision we could have made. It is such a good, easy system to use. Customer service is fantastic. I would highly recommend using this service to any holiday park operator.
