Boscastle Harbour
Came here 12 and 9 years ago, and both times, it seemed to be kept immaculate, however today we seemed to find it quite unkept and sort of forgotten..The neatly kept grass verges and waterside verges had all gone, and overgrown weeds and grass replaced it. The lovely painted houses didn't seem so clean and crisp and kept...And it all seemed so much more about bringing money in than keeping the village to a beautiful standard we all used to love. This is only my opinion, of course, and obviously, I'm going on memories but it was disappointing.

Lovely scenery and great views. We went in the pottery and could have spent an absolute fortune on their amazing creations. Definitely worth a visit (although the witch museum was shut)

It’s a stunning little spot to spend time with family. There are few pubs and eateries. There is ample parking space. If you are interested in folklores you can visit the museum of Witchcraft and Magic and make a wish at the wishing well right at the entrance of the museum. It was a fun day out

Stunning harbour. For the best views walk out towards the end of the harbour and climb the rocks after the boats. Here you can relax on the hot rocks on a sunny day and enjoy the views with the coolest breeze blowing between the rocky outcrops.

What a place .. full of history, such a pretty place whatever the weather, great pubs , lots of places to eat, little cafes & restaurants,a brilliant pottery and shop, gift shops, lovely clothes shops. The walk down to the harbour is easy , then you are on the coast path.

Lovely, picturesque harbour...Beautiful sunsets from cliffs by the harbour.Great place for the summer solstice.Small, quaint and scenic village with gift shops, pet shop, crystal shop, clothes shops and a good few restaurants/tea shops to visit. It's a beautiful place to walk and soak up the view and sun.

My first visit to Boscastle what an incredible place.I recall the floods of 2004.What a terrible time for this very picturesque village.Although some 19 years later you wouldn't know it was flooded.Apart from a small sign marking the water level.Anyway it's worth a visit walk to the Quay and beyond if you're able.Stunning views. We headed to the coastguard watch which is around to the left.We were greeted by to pony's which were very friendly. Some stunning views to behold. Then tje decent back to the harbour and a pit stop at the National Trust cafe.Lovely

Boscastle Harbour
One of Cornwall's little gems of a place to visit. It still retains it original character of a sleepy hollow with a small fishing fleet still existing. The last time we visited, was just after the flood devastated the village, so it was fantastic to see it all back to normal and thankfully still not over developed or too touristy unlike some of of its counterparts in the county. Just enough there to satisfy every visitors needs without being swamped at every turn by pop-up coffee shops etc. Great lunches to be had at the local establishments. We also managed to buy a few pasties to bring home to consume after our lovely holiday. They freeze very well!If you're passing the area, then drop in and enjoy this wonderful original cornish village, you won't be disappointed.
