Amazing afternoon at Jo Malone’s in Flannels Liverpool today. Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Liv, she made my daughter and I feel really welcome and valued. Love the sound of the Jo Malone company and their kindness element and of course gorgeous fragrances too! Thank you for a lovely afternoon , we will be back!

Myself and my daughter visited this store august and omg what an experience we recieved. Vicky the sales assistant has to be the best I have seen in my 46 years. She is an exceptional sales assistant and this trip was the best shopping experience I have ever had. Treatment 100%

Jo malone totally fabulous

I went here with my bridesmaids last week and had such a great experience! We did scent my wedding and had a great laugh. Staff were absolutely brilliant and really made us feel welcome. Would highly recommend ☺️ thanks again
