Can’t recommend Zahraa enough. She got me in for a same day appointment on a Saturday for an extremely blocked ear. I’ve had bad experiences with my ears and water irrigation, Zahraa was happy to use the suction method and was extremely professional and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process.

Zahra, I can not thank you enough.After struggling with ear blockage for several weeks you resolved my problem in a few minutes and for a reasonable price.I had two appointments with doctors for nothing they put me on a waiting list and gave me olive oil which made my ear even worse .I could not hear anything with my right ear.Fortnately I found you after researching on Google yesterday and today my problem was solved. I was desperate to get my ear unblocked as I wear hearing aids and was having great difficulty hearing clearly. I was offered a same day appointment and received fantastic service. Zara was very helpful and informative and gave sound advice for the future care of my ears. She was very patient and had a lovely caring manner. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

My left ear was crackling for months and I found it extremely irritating. I organised a home visit on Monday Bank Holiday, and an extremely pleasant lady by the name of Zahraa attended. She immediately put me at ease by quickly identifying that the left ear was blocked. She even showed my the block on camera to keep me informed. The Audiologist arrived early and was extremely professional, she explained the process and made us aware of any risks. The Audiologist informed us of the appropriate aftercare and asked us to call back if we have any concern. The procedure went smoothly without any discomfort.What really resonated with me was how kind and engaging she was with our toddler; she also took the time to look at my toddler’s ears free of charge to alleviate our concerns.I have recommended their services to friends and family.The service is professional and reasonably priced furthermore the audiologist does home visits.
