My daughter has been under the Hailsham clinic for nearly two years. The staff were always friendly and helpful giving the added stress of backlogs Covid had caused. Her teeth are amazing and look great it given her so much confidence great experience and thank you

Amazing clinic. Very friendly and efficient staff. Very organised and really happy with the service provided for my children who need orthodontic care. Staff really care about each patient and are extremely thorough. Never had to wait long and lovely interior. I feel they give the absolute best care and wouldn’t want my kids to be anywhere else.

Having had a poor experience elsewhere, we chose Portman on recommendations of other people and I’m so glad we did.All staff that we dealt with were friendly, polite and helpful. The orthodontist and dental nurse we saw at our appointment were very attentive and reassuring which we really needed and we couldn’t have been happier with both the appointment and outcome. We’re looking forward to continuing my daughters braces journey with them.

Never answer the phone I’m lucky if I can get through to make an appointment. The staff are rude.I’ve tried booking an appointment for my braces to be cut and are making me wait a week when it’s actually cut my cheek open. I DO NOT recommend this orthodontist at all.
