Amazing local fudge shop with great demonstrations for kids and adults and always amazing tasting fudge... And great samples! ;) The kids and I got vanilla fudge and it was absolutely amazing. Can't wait to see what flavour we get next time.

Most of the time I’m around the Laines, I pop into this fudge shop, it’s been a childhood thing since an early holiday in wales. I’m a fiend for coffee flavoured things and so always go for the coffee and cream fudge, picking up roughly 100g at a time.The staff are incredibly friendly and know where everything is, and always accommodate your request for a particular request, being spot on with the price. The shop is also always very clean, and it’s nice to see staff looking happy.

The best Fudge I had in my life. The shop is a small but nice place where you can smell and see the freshly produced Fudge. You should definitely go there and try the best Fudge.

Delicious fudge made onsite. Always make a point of popping in here when we visit Brighton. The fudge is delicious and the selection of flavours is great!

Very cute fudge shop in the middle of the North Laine district. It is very enticing to go in as the window has a massive strip of homemade fudge on the table top. Unfortunately I didn’t get to see it being made this time. There are lots of flavors to choose from and they are very generous with the samples that they give you. The fudge is crumbly and melt in your mouth. I got rum n raisin, coffee & cream and the sea salt flavors. All tasted as the flavors advertised. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you like fudge and have a sweet tooth!

We are longtime fans of Roly's and we love the traditional flavours like vanilla clotted cream. Ginger is a great flavour too if you like a little heat to balance out the sweetness. The fudge is smooth and crumbly and makes a really nice treat. The gift wrapped boxes are almost too pretty to open!
