Nicky has been a fantastic asset to our team and is great to work with. She has a wealth of experience and exudes confidence and calmness, which is a very good thing in a lot of cases when you are seeking external HR support! We signed up to have Nicky as our virtual HR Manager which meant we had an hour a month with her, but she was also on hand if we needed more or if any situations arose that we weren't sure of. The rates were really reasonable, she is a pleasure to talk with and she goes above and beyond, I highly recommend working with her.
