Excellent service. The reception area is clean and tidy with all you may need for moving and storing items, plus very friendly staff. My storage unit is spacious, the size being recommended for my house move. I have had wonderful service on the telephone and in person. Thank you. Also the removal company they recommended were beyond exceptional. I feel safe with Big Yellow Self Storage Kingston North.

The staff is very sweet, kind, really helpful, they are always there for you, I felt I was at home while I left my belongings here. Is very difficult to feel comfortable leaving your life in boxes while you travel away the country, but I felt as secure as if the boxes where in my house due to the lovely staff.

In fact this facility is so modern and well managed that it's unlike any other lock-and-leave facility you can imagine.
