James was one of four companies that we asked to quote for the installation of our air-conditioning system. We chose his company because he was punctual and amenable to all our design requests. His price was the most economical, based on the quality of the units. James and his assistant turned up on time during the installation, which was completed in two days, precisely as specified. The quality of the installation was of a high standard, and all work areas were left clean and tidy. The electrical installation was tested and certified by a qualified electrician and the system functionally tested. James also helped to install additional control software on our mobile phones. In summary, I am delighted with the work carried out during this project.

James came to my home today to service two air conditioning units, and we were really impressed. James was punctual, friendly and did a thorough service. He also took my husband through some of the functions that we weren't aware of. The price quoted was the price invoiced. I would not hesitate to recommend the company! He then arrived on time to do the work and was very neat and tidy during the installation of two air conditioning units in our family home. In May 2022 James and Brad installed a high quality Mitsubishi split-type air conditioning system in our study and master bedroom. The survey and installation were handled in a polite and informative manner. They were timely, professional and flexible in optimising the position of the external and two internal units. I would highly recommend JP Air conditioning. James made the process very easy.I had no idea how much air conditioning would cost so enquired with James on a Sunday morning for an approximate price. He replied within a few hours and conducted a site visit a few days later so an exact quote could be provided.He kept me updated on the installation date, the date was lead by delivery time of the units. The units were then installed a couple of weeks later.He was very friendly and professional. The work was conducted to a high standard and the site was left very clean.
