Cecilia's architect home consultation service is a must if you want to bounce around ideas with a professional who knows about local authorities and what you can and can't do on a renovation project, fantastic tips and ideas we hadn't thought of. Both my husband and I were really impressed and Cecilia left us with much to think about moving forwards - we can't wait to see what she is going to come up with for us.

I chose Cecilia as an architect after getting a few quotes. After reading several promising reviews in our local Nextdoor App, we got in touch with Cecilia (plus a few other local architects) for an initial consultation. She provided a clear explanation of all costs and fees – both architectural and other third parties. She impressed us with her positive attitude and various ideas for internal layouts. Her drawings were detailed and easy to understand.It took us a while to decide on our final design and during this time Cecilia was extremely patient – never rushing us to make decisions. She was also happy to amend our plans every time there was a different idea/concept.We live in a conservation area which presented several challenges. Cecilia worked closely with the council planning department to arrive at various solutions and ensure we obtained planning permission for our design.We’re happy to recommend Cecilia and look forward to working with her on the next stages of our project.
