Was contacted in June regarding a family member, gave all the information and signed paper work electronically,I have sent two emails asking for an update and no response!Communication isn’t great in my opinion.

I was recomended finders through a work colleague to deal an issue on behalf of my partners mother. They found her old partner within a week of my first contact, I was quite honestly blown away by how quick they acted and visited him to sort issues. All communication was quick, emails were replied to straight away. Definitely worth the 5 star review. Couldnt fault Danny and his team. Thanks again so much guys!

I was contacted july 2021 about my Grandads brother who had passed away in Ireland, was told i was to recieve a payment from his estate shared with 16 other people and it would take 6 to 18 months. i was told its been going on alot longer nearly 4 years now. The only time i get any information is when i email Osborne solicitors all i get back is they're waiting on finders international.

My Finders International involvement was an excellent experience. Initially thought their correspondence was a scam. But very helpful staff when phoned for assurance and to find out more. A very pleasant and surprising outcome after about 18 months - the timescale I was advised to expect. The fee was negotiated down, although by another party to the claim. Haven't given 5 * as I have never received the family tree that was promised. Nor a reply to an email about this last year. Otherwise would recommend.

I have just retired and have worked for Finders International for more than eight years as one of their representatives out on the road tracing and visiting beneficiaries to estates. I have worked for a number of different companies and firms as an investigator during this period and can record that Finders is without doubt the best company with which to work.The company is forward thinking and constantly develops the business to ensure that it remains the market leader as genealogists in the probate industry and justly deserves the awards and public accolades which it has received already.At all times I have found the team at Finders to be very professional and importantly approachable and extremely helpful. The company delivers an efficient and truly excellent service to all its customers and ensures with great empathy and sensitivity that they are kept informed throughout the process leading to the receipt of an inheritance.

This company have very poor communication skills and fail to keep you informed and up to date. They contacted myself and my siblings along with other family members and after providing all the correct/relevant information we received a letter to say the case would be completed withing 6-18 months. It's now been over 18 months since there last letter and neither myself or any of my family members have received any updates and have no idea what's happening with the case. It should have been completed by now but there's been no correspondence and now we are going to have to enquire into the matter ourselves.

If I could give zero stars I would. If they have contacted you be prepared to be strung along for YEARS and told misinformation constantly. Noone knows what they're doing or can give you any accurate information

One of the best companies I have ever had dealings with. Professional through and through. Quick to answer any questions, Researchers at Finders International are very knowledgeable and piece together very complicated families that have been scattered around the world. - its amazing. That's my experience of Finders anyway.
