I was given a holistic massage voucher for my birthday by my sister. Lara was really accommodating when I contacted her to book and she was always quick to reply to my messages. She was very warm and welcoming when I met her and the massage was fantastic! She tailored it to suit my needs and I felt so relaxed and tension free afterwards. I slept brilliantly that night too. I’ll definitely book in with Lara again.

Lara is fantastic I have experienced bloating and fluid retention due to hormonal issues for years and since seeing Lara this has improved vastly. Her lymphatic draining and emmett technique has helped me immensely. Also, Lara is very caring and helps when you’re feeling stressed. I always feel lighter and re energised after seeing her. Lara is a truly skilled, a magician even. I spent 6 weeks being unable to walk up and down stairs without pain in my knees, walking the dog was a struggle. My knees have always been a weak spot but after an ice skating fall, I thought I’d really done lasting damage.I was looking at physio and x-rays and knew steroids weren’t the answer. After finding Lara, one 90 minute session , a mix of Emmet technique, lymphatic drainage and massage, I felt my whole body had reset, no pain, no pulling, no stress feeling in my knees walking up and down stairs. It’s quite hard to believe. Returning for a follow up with Lara to fully realign but life has changed and I’m so, so grateful for her caring, listening and skills.Also grateful to my body for letting me know I need to take more care of it!Lara also offers beautiful high-end holistic facial therapies as well as reflexology which I'm looking forward to treating myself to.

I went to Lara with pain in my shoulder and upper back which has been flaring up every few months for the last several years. The pain was considerably less after my first treatment with Lara and through her techniques she was able to give me a lot more movement in my shoulder after the hour. Lara is very knowledgeable and friendly and definitely deserves all the great reviews she’s got. She’s able to feel exactly where the pain or problem area is and apply the best technique for that spot. I’d definitely recommend her!

Lara is amazing. I don’t understand the technique at all but it works! It’s powerful but so gentle and relaxing. I was feeling bloated, sluggish and had back pain, so really appreciated Lara’s friendly and holistic approach to address these areas, which definitely improved all three with no pain at all. Lara seems to work small miracles on your body with her Emmett Technique. I had very bad sciatica down one leg such that I couldn't really sleep on that side of my body. After just one session with Lara it had gone. I was amazed. Subsequent sessions Lara has helped me with restricted movement and I am certainly a lot less round shouldered after these treatments with her. Just amazing.
