Shaun is the Best Builder I know. I will always reccomend him to anybody who mentions building work. Or if they mention they need work doing.His a very Nice guy who will do any task in building work. From R.S.Js extensions, plastering, electrical, carpentry & many more. Shaun is the guy to do your building Job! Osminum property services is the way forward. Overall a great job, converting and dumping ground into a wonderful useful space that feels part of the home. The job took a little longer than expected due to low temperatures affecting drying times. Work involved building work, plumbing, electrics, woodwork and installation of cabinets. Great job all round. Very pleased with finish.

Excellent work from Shaun and his team. We had quite a bit of earth removed from the side of the house and paving laid. Shaun and his team managed everything from start to finish. He always made himself available and talked everything through. Professional service and output to match!
