The Family Bike Club

I’m very happy with the service that we received from The Family Bike Club. We hired a tandem to ride to our Civil Partnership ceremony and Luke delivered it to our house so that we could ride there the next day. The tandem was in good working order and we really enjoyed our special cycle Journey.

Luke who runs Family Bike Club is an absolute legend and this business is a real credit to Enfield, with the shop just at Enfield Chase station. Super knowledgeable, highly skilled, and reasonably priced, Luke also does a door-to-door service which really helped me out. I am delighted that Enfield finally has the bike shop the town deserves. AWESOME.

Extremely helpful - Luke came the next day to collect a bike which I wanted to donate and could not fit into a car. Despite the constant media hype about recycling - no other organisation was truly interested in giving a new life to my old bikes. People should tell their friends to donate their old bikes.Although I did not require any bike maintenance service, Luke is clearly very professional and I am sure offers a reasonable service at sensible prices.

Such great service! I was dreading the long walk back from the station with my 2 young kids and walked into the shop out of curiosity. The next thing you know Luke had helped us choose an electric bike with room on the back for 3 kids and we were all getting fitted with helmets!We ended up trialling the bike for a few days and all of us absolutely loved it! So great for getting to the park or to the shops and feeling like a super human when your flying up a hill with ease.I would highly recommend these guys and their next level service!

Great service, I wanted to get back into cycling and Luke was very helpful and knowledgeable, finding me a suitable bike to hire and giving lots of useful advice on the way. FBC is clearly geared towards helping the community and encouraging cycling, and a good place to go for unbiased advice and service.

Absolute life savers!! A tyre on my Out n About nipper double pram was completely flat. Luke fixed it good as new. So pleased I know where to go should this happen again. Top service!!

Highly recommend The Family Bike Club!1. Top of the line rental bikes; usually other shops provide rusty/ dysfunctional equipment but not here. The gear set was perfectly maintained for smooth transitions. My son loved the child seat. It was comfortable and safe with the various security straps.2. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful to find the bike that we needed. Even offered a flexible schedule to get the bike.3. Great value for money. It is rare to find a shop that gives you a great rental, for good value, and several options to choose from.

Amazing service from this little bike shop. We hired a bike and a child trailer for a family ride, which were thoroughly assessed before setting off. We were thinking of buying a trailer but why when we can hire at a great price from a shop on our door step!

Superb service by the team. They quickly found the issue with my bike and got me on my way, would highly recommend! Plus great to have an independent bike shop in Enfield, long overdue.
