This family run business was such a pleasure to work with. They provided excellent customer service and I am very happy with the car I bought from them and the price!

Firstly, I want to thank all the staff for their help! I recently got a promotion at work and wanted to treat myself with a new car. The team at OOO Cars helped me purchase a BMW 320i and I love it!! I have had the car for a few months now and have had no issues. The team have been so patient with me and my many questions regarding the car. Thank you and highly recommend!

Just bought a Vauxhall corsa off them, very friendly and they took care of me. It was very efficient and the car is perfect. I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience, and a a great team. Was very nervous and anxious buying a new car for the first time, after having my old one running for over a decade.They took great care and time in with me. Not pushy or sales driven at all. They asked all my needs and suggested alternatives for me.A painless stress free experience would recommend to anyone!!!

I've bought a car from them. After bringing up the issues I had with it they ghosted me. I sent them few emails regarding the matter but no response. The car was in decent shape but hugely overpriced for the issues I encountered with it. The worst experience ever in my life. Avoid.

Do NOT use this company for any type of body or wheel repairs, the quality of repairs were appalling and very poor quality, i have has used many body repairers over the years and this was recommend to me, this was without doubt the worst i have ever experienced, the car was there was there for weeks, everytime i went to collect the car, the repairs carried out were not satisfactory, to be honest the repair quality was a disgrace, this is why the car was there for so long, as everytime i went there which was 3 times, having to take time off work and having to rearrange my busy schedule, there was over spray everywhere, black trims covered in paint, wheel refurbs carried out were rubbish, wheels not smooth, and particles under the paint work, i was quoted £100 per wheel!!! I could of used a spray can and done a better job, chrome door moulding not fitted back properly, i have now found a proper bodyshop, that know what they are doing and they have said the repairs carried out are at a very poor quality, the guys i dealt we came across as very arrogant and could not see anything wrong with quality of repairs, they even put me under pressure to collect the car even though i had to go to italy to attend my nans funeral at short notice, i was forced to pay even the bill though i had not even seen the completed reapairs on the car, this is warning for other people that want to or will potenially take there car to this company for body and wheel repairs, i would reccomend that you seriously consider that, customer service was a shambles, no communication, I work in customer service and this is not the way you treat your customers.

Purchased a car from Mustafa in November sold to me as running perfectly, lots of things recently replaced new and a recent service. Within one week of purchase an engine light came on, I spoke to him straight away and he said it probably be fine and he will send me the details of a mechanic to send the car to. Since this point I have followed up several times and heard nothing from him, I have called and emailed with no replies. Absolutely terrible service, shocked that a supposedly reliable dealer dodges calls and texts to avoid owning up to selling a dodgy car. Moreover, despite saying the car was serviced, he left no evidence of it with the vehicle - just some handwritten scraps of paper and 2 year old receipts.

My daughter recommended me to go here as I was looking to buy a car and sell my old car. I was more than pleased with the service I received! Mustafa was very helpful and took his time explaining everything to me. Highly recommend!

Just used these guys to fix a damaged boot. Have to say they were superb. A good price to start with, frequent communications. They said it would take up to 2 days (which is fair enough in my opinion) but it was done the same day. I said I couldn't come and pick up for a day or two so they drove it to my house for me that very night. Will definitely use them again.
