phoned up and explained I needed a rush job doing they were so helpful and completed work really quickly and to a high standard and I was very very happy with the price. I was given an over the phone estimation without seeing the bike and it was pretty spot on. nice friendly guy that dealt with me so will deffo be using them again.

I've known this fantastic place be there for many, many years but never visited. My grandson's bike needs some grandad care. Went in, asking for parts for a mountain bike. The knowledge was obvious. Getting into the necessary 'surgery', I realised the rear axle assembly needed a 'Conultant'. So, I'll be back there January 5th '23 for some expert help. If you've got a bike, go to Mosscrop for all your needs and professional advice.

Fantastic service. The spokes broke on my pram wheel last week (they were nearly 50 years old so not bad going), we managed to get them to Mosscrop Cycles and the gentleman said he’d done it before and would give it a go, despite not having all the right tools.He’s done a fantastic job, and not only fixed the broken one, but has repaired them all, making for a much smoother ride.We’re glad to be back out with the pram, and know where to go should there ever be another issue with the wheels.

Did a ok job for £25, made it into a rideable condition, breaks still squeak like made, not been fixed, chain still rusty, that wasn't fixed, lack of communication, never contacted my when my bike was partly repaired.

A great traditional local bike shop. Been there for years. People need to realise that if you want local services to stick around you have to use them instead of doing all your shopping online. Always been a good honest service and good advice. No hard sell and always time to talk to customers. Sometimes there is more than money at stake. Please support your LBS [Local Bike Shop]

I took my front wheel to Halfords after a woman crashed into me and bent it, they said they wouldn't touch it and I should get a new wheel. I took it to Mosscrop and they fixed the bent wheel and runs perfectly now, the total sum of their work was £10. Thanks Mosscrop, keep up the good work.

bought a 2nd hand bike from here for my son after his was stolen the day before. He needed a good bike to get to work and also got a decent lock off him! Superb help and a brilliant bike for around £100..cant thank him enough
