I love being a part of the STLTH family! ✨ Each session is really enjoyable and with lots of classes offered each day, it’s easy to fit a workout into busy daily routines. The coaches are top class and provide brilliant advice to help you achieve your goals. Everyone is so friendly and supportive!

Fantastic gym, with the best facilities and great coaches who always go above and beyond to cater for every member. The gym community is honestly something else as well. Lovely people all supporting each other to reach their goals. Iv been a member for just under a year and it has took my fitness to new levels. Couldn’t recommend it enough. No matter what level of fitness you are at Stlth is the place to be.

STLTH is a state of the art facility and a welcoming community like no other! If your looking for a gym that is attentive, supportive, and extremely encouraging Then STLTH is the place for you! EVERY class is suitable for all levels of fitness and is accessible to all regardless of age or ability!The coaches are second to none, they are extremely knowledgeable and they go above and beyond for everyone! The Coaches check in with you weekly to ensure you are reaching your goals or to answer any questions/ offer advice.However, STLTH is more than just a gym! STLTH provides a range of activities you can participate in outside of the the gym floor such as; dog walks,Seminars, challenges and other activities such as the Mourne Mountains.There’s simply no place like it, and they continue to make the best even better!

STLTH is a top class facility. The small group sessions mean you are constantly being pushed to reach your potential. The coaches are some of the best I’ve ever come across but it’s the community of members that really sets this place apart as the best gym about. When you add it together the value you get from your monthly membership is incredible

The trainers are all super friendly and professional.The gym and equipment is always kept really clean.The community is great and there is a real effort to be more than just a gym with activities like dog walks and hiking.Can't rate STLTH highly enough.

I've just signed up after my trial month with STLTH. I have really enjoyed every session which is a good mix of strength training and fitness. The coaches are all fantastic and have been very welcoming and supportive. Looking forward to continuing my membership with STLTH!

I joined STLTH after doing personal training sessions with Rhys. It’s the best decision I have made; I had always trained at female only gyms due to self confidence issues but that’s not the case with STLTH.Everybody was so welcoming and encourage you to push yourself further and further. The coaches always go out of their way to help you, check in and just go above & beyond for all at the gym.I have also tried the boxing training with Mark Andrew and most recently 1-1 which really helped with my fitness and confidence too.The STLTH community is one of the best I’ve ever been apart of, just such positivity and encouragement a real gym family. It’s now coming on 3 years I’ve been training at STLTH with many more to come.Couldn’t recommend STLTH highly enough.

I have only Joined STLTH about 5 months now and I am loving it we are all like one big happy family, all the staff and members were very welcoming. No one Judging you as we are all there for the same reason. The gym has got a great amount of equipment for everyone has 2 big rooms too it. All the coaches are not long of noticing if your doing something wrong and making sure you do the movements the correct way to save getting injured. It is the best place I have been training yet due to having dog walks, hiking and other events as well as in the gym they have different workouts everyday and if you fancy a workout of your own they have the open class where you can do your own thing. I never seen myself ever going to the gym and now I cant get enough of it it has changed my life. If your thinking on changing Gyms choose STLTH no members have ever regretted it. Brilliant value for the money. Thank you to all the Coaches for all the hard work and for the continued support during my weight loss journey <3
