The Endymion String Quartet

The Endymion SQ played at our wedding in August last year and were absolutely one of the highlights of the day. They were always in contact prior to the wedding and played an amazing list of songs on the day (including 2 of our favourite songs that they learned specifically for us). Loads of our guests have spoken about how good they were. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We hired the quartet for a networking event and the guests loved it! From the booking process to the night, they were a pleasure to work with. The music was a perfect mix of modern and upbeat and set a lovely tone for the evening. We would heavily recommend!

Hired a string trio for our wedding breakfast on 21st June during the wedding breakfast. They played for 2 hours and were amazing. We had chosen all the pieces in advance and they played them all, both current and classical flawlessly. I cannot recommend them enough. One of the highlights of the wedding. Thank you.

Mark and I would like to extend a huge and heartfelt thank you to you all for playing the most perfect and beautiful music for our special occasion; you truly added so much to our big day and the atmosphere you created was exactly what we had envisioned. We had endless compliments from our guests and my own wedding dream came true the moment I reached the doors of the ceremony room and heard you playing Pachelbel’s Canon … I had managed not to cry all morning until I heard that! You provided the perfect soundtrack to our day and helped create memories that will last a lifetime; the looks on people’s faces (my Mum and Dad in particular) who thought we would actually walk down the aisle to Jaws, hearing everyone sing Don’t Want Miss a Thing during the meal and walking into the reception to Jurassic Park; each moment priceless and unforgettable. I am just so sorry that a) I didn’t get a chance to speak to all of you to thank you on the day and b) that I missed the pre-ceremony tunes, although I heard that Star Wars and Pirates of the Caribbean went down a treat!! Endymion String Quartet are the definition of professionalism with an incredible repertoire that made it so difficult to limit our song choice for the day!! I contacted Amy and booked Endymion Strings for my wedding which was scheduled for May 2020. We had the option of booking the string quartet or the string trio so we went for the trio. Amy was professional, friendly and sent me over the list of songs the trio could play. Unfortunately, due to Covid, my wedding was rescheduled and then cancelled however Amy was very flexible and accommodating. When something completely unexpected like Covid comes along, you want suppliers that will be flexible and not try to profiteer from the situation. Amy was absolutely amazing and we look forward to rebooking the trio in future for another event so we can finally hear them play! Thanks for looking after us x

Amy was a delight to work with from start to finish. She was always on hand to answer any questions I had.We hired the string trio for our wedding ceremony and for after the ceremony too. The trio played beautifully and everyone loved the songs.The trio made walking down the aisle and signing the registrar etc extra special and it was so nice to choose the songs for each special moment.Endymion have a great range of song choices to cater for everyones needs on their website and we really enjoyed selecting the songs we wanted.If theirs any songs that are not on the list they even learn the song for you at a small extra fee.We cant thank Endymion enough for making our day extra special and for playing such beautiful music.(Photos by Martin Cheung)

Excellent musicians with a varied repertoire. I found them to be enthusiastic, co-operative, accommodating, and exactly what we wanted at our wedding. Highly recommended.
