O2 Shop Craigavon

I Will not be giving this shop another chance , I have 4 phones on 02 well sorry now only 3 , the 02 shop in Lisburn is brilliant with great staff . I’ve had two bad experiences with the 02 shop in craigavon the 1st was earlier in the year when my wife’s old I phone stopped working due to it no longer doing software up grades , when we called into the shop the guy started to tell us how we would have to wait even though we had just arrived and there was no body else except one person with a staff member and I could see staff and him with no customers , he never asked what my issue was , so after a few minutes we left , we were heading to Lisburn anyway so decided to call at the 02 shop near bow street well what great staff and my wife got a new phone , the young never of staff was brilliant asked what are problem was and gave us a number of options , what a difference . Now last week we called at lunchtime to the craigavon 02 shop again same guy at the back of the shop ( grey black beard ) but we were dealt with a young women who at the start seemed interested but didn’t listen to me at all but just interrupted me and asked for name photo I’d account details date of birth etc etc which seemed to take so long , she said it was my SIM card then my phone then my sim again , so in the end I said look I’ll just get another phone , then after standing at the desk taking all my details we sat down by that time there was only one other customer behind us at a desk and seemed to be getting on ok with her issues and that screen was working . The young women could not get on to the system ,she asked the guy who I’d dealt with us weeks ago on our last visit and he just said all the systems are down he came over to see what what was wrong but just said yea it’s down , no options just it’s down . he and the two other staff seemed to all be on there phones the customer adviser that had been behind me finished with her customer went for lunch , but yet we seemed to be having problems , the young lady seemed to lose interest and told us just to order a phone on line and get it delivered to the house ……. So why have a shop …. Customer service was so poor I’m sure 02 would be annoyed they must get customers early but just deal with easy issues nothing complicated that require work . Anyway I went to the vodaphone shop about 8 shops up in the mall and got a great deal on a new I phone there and then plus saved money moving my BT broadband over with the phone deal , you can be sure when the three other phone deals have finished with 02 they will move too . Don’t shop with 02 craigavon go to the 02 shop in Lisburn or vodaphone just down the mall great super staff.

I bought a Samsung A34 galaxy 5G here just on Sunday for a total price of £359.99, I then rung 02 the next day to update my tariff because the store weren't able to do this for me because there system wasn't up to date. I discovered after talking to O2 directly that I could buy the same phone off them for £249.99.£110 less than I bought it for in store, obviously I brought the phone back to them to get a refund, they wouldn't even refund me in full only refunding £349.99. They said they couldn't refund £10 for the SIM even tho it wasn't opened and still sealed. How many other people have they over charged for phones? Don't trust them ring O2 directly. Dangerous place.

Because of the person that helped me my experience was really good. I had tried twice before my visit today and got very little help, also came home and my son in law rang customer services, still no help, we were told to ring customer services constantly. It's nicer to actually deal with a real person. The young man that I dealt with today was called James and his work ethic was amazing. He couldn't have done anymore than he did. Now he is an asset to your Rushmore team.

We were helped by Luke. He came to our attention quickly and greeted us with a welcoming demeanour. He was patient and helped us through any questions and queries we had. My dad was confused at points and Luke reassured him he would explain it all again, and helped him fully understand everything. We left the store with a new phone and a new tablet. Service was incredible. We would be more than happy to return in the near future.

The five stars are for aimee from craigavon store who helped me today.. Ive been trying to get a pac code for past week by phoning 02 but due to having problems with my phone receiving txts it was a disaster.. Aimee persevered for over 2hours to help.. Good job aimee but not good job to the numerous phone calls in past week.. Any wonder i left 02...colm

Visited the store today and was dealt with by Luke, I can honestly say I have never had better customer service. Luke repeatedly went above and beyond to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Sorted my new phone and dealt with problems with another store in an incredibly professional and friendly manner. Total gentleman.

Was sold a phone that was faulty, which happens. But when I went back the next day to exchange or get a refund I had three people tell me that there would be a 45 minute wait. No one could log in to do a refund while logged in dealing with sales. Everyone ‘ knew where I was coming from’ but no one could actually sort out the refund. I was sold a faulty phone but resolving the issue couldn’t be prioritised. This was after. a 45 minute call with a help desk person earlier in the day. The staff were nice, not their fault.

Hard to put into words how much I appreciated the time and effort spent trying to help me with a sim issue. The manager and Daryl both went above and beyond. Absolutely first class customer care and service.

Rate as 1 Atrocious customer service in store 3/11/22.Ignored by staff after waiting at least for 10 min to be served I was only person waiting in store (2 staff stood beside me and had a social catch-up as one member left shift ) someone then walked in and served Immediately by the girl who said farewell to her colleague and then another person query resolved at till .I had to point out I was waiting to receive poor customer service and then asked to join a queue to speak to an adviser - less than helpful , dismissive answers to my query for calling in store no acknowledgment I had been overlooked after patiently waiting . Left store issues unresolved and very unhappy with customer service ! A loyal o2 customer for years within my 14 day period of cancelling 2 contracts
