Great place. Although 9am opening on a Sat and Sun is way too late. Be awesome if they got a few saunas as well.

I went to the cafe. Great place to meet friends eat, chat, work. Quite a few people working on laptops,Spacious and clean. Lovely staff. Clean toilets. Great food at reasonable prices.Lots of parking which is free.

The Strength and Conditioning class brilliant, all trainers great.Friendly gym for beginners to pros and added bonus of the climbing wall included.

Excellent place. They looked after us all so well whilst we attended a two week work course there. The food was delicious and they welcomed us so much. I would happily attend a course here again and recommend the venue

It is a great little conference venue. I was sad that by day three of the conference, the little pre-packed biscuits had disappeared, and the sandwich selection had decreased, but otherwise, it was perfectly suited for our needs.The food in the cafe is lovely, I still wake up in the night sometimes with my mouth watering for the taste of one of their sausage rolls.

Went to the indoor climbing wall facility and had an amazing time.Outstanding coaches/instructors Emma and Sophie were incredible; very professional and really friendly.Facilities are outstanding.Really fun way to develop new skills and get some exercise.Highly recommend without reservation.
