Exeter Turkey Farm - Devon Bronze Christmas Turkey

I have been dealing with the Leach family at Glebelands Farm for the last 19 years. I alternate between having a free range goose and a free range bronze turkey. I have never been disappointed yet. When cooked according to the instructions supplied the birds are moist and succulent. I have recommended the family to my friends without hesitation. I just need to decide what I am having for Christmas this year!

The turkeys from here really are delicious! Very convenient Exeter location. The family are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

We have bought Turkeys from Glebelands Farm at a Poultry auction for years, but due to the covid adaptions this year we felt the auction was not going to be an experience we wanted to participate in. In trying to 'do the right thing' we opted to order directly from the farm themselves even though this was significantly more expensive than either buying at auction or a supermarket. I am so glad we did. The turkey drive though collection was superb. The correspondence beforehand clear at useful, the approach and guidance on the day courteous and 'fun' and the effort put in by the family was first class. There is no doubt that we will but directly from the farm again in future. Oh and turkey was just as delicious as they always are. Bravo to the Leach family :-)

Our first purchase from Exeter Turkey Farm and we are so pleased we chose them for our festive bird this year. The whole experience from ease of ordering, the fun drive through collection (complete with snow machine!) to the excellent quality bird itself means that we will definitely return next year.
